Required Pastry Chef (Desserts & Canap Specialist)
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef specialized in Desserts and Canap to join our team.
Location: Kuwait (Applicants must be currently inside Kuwait)
Residency: Transferable residency is required
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a wide variety of desserts and Canap with high quality and consistency.
- Develop new dessert recipes and improve existing menu items.
- Ensure proper preparation, baking, and decoration techniques.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and coordinate with purchasing when needed.
- Ensure attractive presentation and consistency in taste and portion control.
- Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef specializing in desserts and kanafeh.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation.
- Experience working in restaurants, bakeries, or catering kitchens.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and attention to detail in dessert presentation.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Good command of English language (Arabic is a plus).
