About the Role
We are looking for a Product Developer to join our R&D team and support innovation within the Natural Spreads category. In this role, you will lead product development projects from concept to launch, working closely with marketing, supply chain, and quality teams to deliver tasty, nutritious, and high-quality products aligned with consumer and business needs.
You will play a key role in developing new products, improving existing ones, and ensuring successful industrialization and launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead innovation and renovation projects for Natural Spreads products
- Develop products from concept through industrialization and launch
- Investigate the feasibility of new food concepts
- Collaborate with marketing and stakeholders to define product briefs
- Develop tasty, nutritious products aligned with brand and consumer needs
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, sustainability targets, and regulatory requirements
- Manage factory trials and product launches
- Test and evaluate alternative raw materials for cost optimization and supply security
- Contribute to product specifications and documentation
- Present product concepts and results to key stakeholders
- Identify new ingredients, technologies, and trends through industry events and supplier engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition or any related degree
- 0-3 years of experience in product development within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of raw materials, food processing, and product formulation
- Understanding of nutrition and food regulatory standards
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- Excellent command in English
