Head of R&D | FMCG Manufacturing

We're partnering with a leading FMCG manufacturer to appoint a Head of R&D who will drive the innovation and product optimisation agenda across the portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing NPD, product renovation, cost optimisation and regulatory compliance, while embedding continuous improvement across the function.

You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to ensure products are commercially strong, technically sound and market-ready.

We're keen to speak with candidates who bring:

• Strong FMCG food R&D leadership experience
• Proven success in NPD and product optimisation
• Deep knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards
• Exposure to Lean / continuous improvement environments
