- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of new initiatives, programs, and projects.
- Collect and analyze data, market trends, and industry best practices to support decision-making.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
- Support the development and improvement of organizational programs and services.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives and projects.
- Maintain proper documentation and research records.
- Assist in developing strategic plans and proposals based on research findings.
