Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Research and Development Specialist in Food Ingredients. Responsibilities include conducting research to develop and enhance food ingredient formulations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative food-related solutions. The role also includes monitoring market trends, sourcing raw materials, and maintaining thorough documentation of research processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in food science, ingredient formulation, and product development
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork
• Familiarity with market trends, sourcing, and supply chain management in the food ingredients industry
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and commit to a full-time position
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Previous industry experience in food product development or similar roles is highly desirable
