Job Purpose
Prepare 2D drawings by using advanced AUTO-CAD software and operate 5-axis CNC machine and do regular maintenance.
Job Responsibilities
- Study about new sanitary ware products / Project.
- Regularly prepares CAD 2D Technical Drawing for all the sanitary ware products as required for the production/Sales & Marketing after Plant manager approval by using CAD software's.
- Operates AutoCAD/ Pro-Engineer / CATIA / Hyper mill (Hyper CAM) / 3D Scanning software / CNC milling machine & Robot offline software.
- Prepares 3D model for sanitary ware products using CAD software.
- Does 3D scanning oration for making scan data for 3D model.
- Prepare offline glazing programs for all glazing robots for production models.
- Properly maintain the R & D sectional documents and CAD drawing files
- Also supervise and follow up the model development work process.
- Preparation of model development reports and the preparation of casting evaluation requests, R & D sectional reports and Material arrangements etc.
- Perform any other job assigned from time to time.
Education
- Diploma or degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field
Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in Computer Aided Design (CAD) field and CNC 5-axis milling machine operations.
