Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Provide detailed information about property locations, availability, rates, and special promotions.
- Assist customers by answering their questions in a professional and friendly manner.
- Work flexible shifts, including nights, as part of a 24/7 team.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic (native level) and proficiency in English.
- Work-from-home setup: high-quality computer, reliable high-speed internet, noise-canceling headset, and power backup.
- Strong multitasking skills and a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- At least 1 year of call center experience.
- Goal-oriented and customer-focused.
Working Hours:
- 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
