Are you fluent in Arabic and looking for an exciting work-from-home opportunity We're seeking dedicated Reservations Call Center Agents based in Egypt to join our team and help customers book their stays with a rapidly growing budget hospitality chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings.
  • Provide detailed information about property locations, availability, rates, and special promotions.
  • Assist customers by answering their questions in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Work flexible shifts, including nights, as part of a 24/7 team.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic (native level) and proficiency in English.
  • Work-from-home setup: high-quality computer, reliable high-speed internet, noise-canceling headset, and power backup.
  • Strong multitasking skills and a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • At least 1 year of call center experience.
  • Goal-oriented and customer-focused.

Working Hours:

  • 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
