Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Jizah, Egypt. The Travel Reservation Coordinator will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel reservations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery aligned with the company's luxury standards.
The Travel Reservation Coordinator will handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and customized travel services while coordinating closely with international suppliers and partners. The role requires strong attention to detail, operational precision, and the ability to deliver seamless travel experiences tailored to high-end clientele. This position plays a key role in maintaining service excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete travel reservation processes, including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and special requests
- Issue, modify, and reissue tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
- Coordinate with global suppliers, airlines, and hospitality partners to confirm availability and negotiated rates
- Prepare detailed itineraries, booking confirmations, and travel documentation
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, refunds, and revalidations efficiently
- Ensure compliance with international travel regulations, visa requirements, and airline policies
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and client preferences within CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of travel programs
- Provide prompt and professional support to clients before, during, and after travel
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and service quality consistent with luxury brand positioning
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in travel reservations, ticketing, or tourism operations
- Strong hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus preferred)
- Solid knowledge of international fare rules, airline policies, and ticketing procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Previous experience in a luxury travel agency is a strong advantage
