Role Description: Reservations Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt.

The Reservations Specialist will play a key role in managing reservation inquiries, processing bookings, and responding to customer questions with professionalism and efficiency. The role involves delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and offering training or guidance to customers and team members regarding reservation procedures and standards.

Experience working with UAE customers and handling B2C reservations is highly preferred.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in reservation and booking systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
  • Sales and training capabilities to meet performance objectives and support team development
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and effective time-management abilities
  • Previous experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, or a related industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Experience dealing with UAE clients and B2C customer interactions is preferred
  • Proficiency in reservation software and other relevant systems
