Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support the reservations team in daily operations.
  • Strong understanding of revenue principles, forecasting, and rate management is highly desirable.
  • Ensure accurate handling of room bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
  • Monitor room inventory and maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue departments.
  • Handle escalated guest inquiries and special booking requests.
  • Prepare and review reservation reports.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Reservations processes and reservation management systems
  • Experience in Revenue Management and rate strategy is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel reservations.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently and exceed guest expectations
  • Prior experience in hotel operations as a Reservations Supervisor or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
