This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria for a Reservations Ticketing Agent specializing in Outgoing Trips and Incoming services. The successful candidate will handle client bookings and reservations, assist customers with tailored travel itineraries, provide exceptional customer service, and facilitate travel arrangement inquiries. The agent will also process payments, manage correspondence with travel partners, and support customers in a professional and timely manner to ensure a seamless travel planning experience.

• Strong Communication skills to interact with clients and travel partners effectively
• Experience in Reservations and Customer Service, with an emphasis on personalized support
• Knowledge of Travel & Tourism, including travel regulations, procedures, and local attractions
• Sales skills to recommend and promote suitable travel packages and services
• Proficiency in using reservation systems and office software
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly beneficial
