The Residential Expert - Arabic Speaker will be responsible for managing client consultations, conducting property viewings, and providing expert advice on residential property options. Key responsibilities also include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.

• Proficiency in Arabic and English is essential for client communication.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with clients.
• Negotiation and sales skills, with a results-driven attitude.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and ability to manage property listings efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet goals.
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel for property viewings.
• Prior experience in real estate or a similar sales environment is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
