Job Summary:

We are seeking a Residential Leasing Specialist to manage and grow our residential leasing portfolio. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, handling leasing inquiries, coordinating property viewings, and closing lease agreements, with a focus on residential resale and rental properties in New Cairo, including compounds and high-demand communities such as Mivida.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound residential leasing inquiries and match clients with suitable properties.

Conduct property site visits and capture high-quality photos and videos.

Prepare accurate property descriptions and marketing materials.

Negotiate lease terms and finalize agreements with clients.

Ensure a smooth leasing experience for both property owners and tenants.

Requirements:

Proven experience in residential leasing and resale, particularly in New Cairo. (Mivida, Hyde Park, Mountain View iCity)

Knowledge of residential neighborhoods, compounds, and lifestyle communities.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.

Ability to work systematically and manage multiple inquiries.

Professional, client-focused attitude.

English language skills are a plus.
