Palomba General Trading LLC, an international trading company based in Dubai operating in the sectors of food ingredients, botanical extracts, flavours, essential oils and nutraceutical raw materials, is looking for a Logistics Manager responsible for international logistics operations across Dubai, Europe, Africa, China and Russia.

Job Description

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all international shipments, logistics operations, warehouses and transport documentation, ensuring efficient and cost-effective movement of goods between suppliers, warehouses and customers worldwide.

The role requires strong organizational skills, independence, and experience in international shipping and export/import procedures.

Main Responsibilities

Organize international shipments by sea, air and road

Manage logistics flows between Europe, Dubai, Africa, China and Russia

Coordinate with freight forwarders and transport companies

Prepare export and shipping documentation:

Commercial Invoice

Packing List

Certificates of Origin

Export/Import customs documents

Bill of Lading

Air Waybill

Dangerous Goods documentation (if required)

Manage Incoterms (EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP)

Coordinate pickups from suppliers

Coordinate deliveries to international customers

Monitor shipping timelines and delivery schedules

Manage and monitor warehouse stock (Europe / Dubai / other locations)

Optimize logistics costs and transport routes

Check and approve freight forwarders invoices

Manage transport insurance

Support the sales team with transport quotations

Solve logistics and customs issues when necessary

Plan weekly and monthly shipments

Requirements

Experience in international logistics, shipping or freight forwarding

Good knowledge of Incoterms

Knowledge of export/import documentation

Good knowledge of Excel

Ability to work independently

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Fluent English (mandatory)

Knowledge of additional languages (Italian, German, Russian, Spanish, Chinese) is a plus

Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously

Preferred Experience

Food ingredients, chemical products, botanical extracts or nutraceutical raw materials logistics

Customs procedures EU / UAE / international

Warehouse management

Experience with ERP or logistics management software

Experience working with international freight forwarders
