NNOV-HR Strategic HR Solutions & Talent Acquisition Partner is currently recruiting a highly experienced Area Manager to lead and oversee multiple restaurant, caf, and bakery branches for one of our premium F&B clients.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple restaurant, caf, and bakery branches. furthermore will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing profitability, ensuring brand consistency, and leading high-performing teams across all locations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple branches
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability KPIs
- Monitor food quality, service standards, and brand compliance
- Control costs (food cost, labor cost, waste management)
- Recruit, train, and develop branch managers and teams
- Analyze financial reports and implement improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Lead marketing initiatives and local sales growth activities
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
- 58+ years of experience in F&B multi-branch management
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, and cost control
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple locations and travel between branches
- Strong operational and organizational skills
- Experience in restaurant, caf, or bakery chains is a must.
