Silverline Headhunting is seeking a Captain for a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai. The Captain will oversee the daily operations of a vessel, ensuring the safety of passengers, crew, and cargo. Responsibilities include directing navigation, supervising crew activities, monitoring vessel performance, and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations. The Captain will also maintain proper communication with port authorities and provide exceptional leadership to maintain a positive and safe environment on board.

• Strong navigation and piloting skills, with a thorough understanding of maritime regulations and protocols
• Leadership and crew management capabilities to ensure smooth collaboration and operational efficiency
• Excellent crisis management and problem-solving skills to ensure the safety of the vessel and its occupants
• Attention to detail for monitoring vessel performance, maintenance, and safety standards
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with team members and external authorities
• Relevant certifications such as a Maritime Captain's License or equivalent qualification
• Experience as a Captain or in similar roles in maritime operations is highly desirable
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
