Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City for a Restaurant Delivery Driver. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for picking up and delivering food orders promptly and accurately while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely food deliveries, utilizing safe driving practices, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires effective communication with restaurant staff and customers to ensure seamless delivery operations.
Qualifications
- Skills in Food Delivery and Food Service to efficiently manage delivery operations and handle food items carefully
- Customer Service and Food & Beverage experience to ensure a positive delivery experience and address customer needs
- Basic Accounting skills to handle payments and receipts accurately
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations in Kuwait City
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
