We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the team and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations.

What you'll do:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing front-of-house and management team

Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain the highest service standards

Drive revenue performance while managing costs and operational efficiency

Oversee staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and team development

Maintain brand standards, presentation, and service excellence

Work closely with senior leadership to achieve business and operational goals

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in upscale or luxury dining

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams

Solid understanding of restaurant operations, financial performance, and guest experience

Experience working in high-volume premium hospitality environments

Strong communication and organizational skills
