Restaurant General Manager to lead one of their flagship concepts.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, food quality, and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and develop management and front-of-house teams
- Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Maintain brand standards, policies, and procedures at all times
- Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless execution
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager within a high-volume or premium dining environment
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Solid understanding of P&L management and operational KPIs
- Passion for hospitality, service culture, and team development
- Ability to lead by example in a hands-on management role
- Experience with international or multi-unit brands is a plus
