About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead operations at our high-end caf in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Maintain quality control across food, beverage, and customer service.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Options:
- Full Package: QAR 10,600
- Or Salary: QAR 7,900 + Staff Accommodation (single room with shared private area)
