The successful candidate will have proven experience managing restaurants with multiple locations and leading multicultural teams in fast-paced environments.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations including ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high service standards, managing food and beverage operations, and supervising staff. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and coaching team members, as well as addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly. The role demands a strong ability to manage operational efficiency, maintain quality, and contribute to the overall restaurant success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and service excellence
  • Manage and supervise multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in brand standards
  • Lead, motivate, and develop multicultural teams to drive performance and engagement
  • Monitor and control food costing, inventory, and waste management
  • Analyze P&L statements and implement cost-control strategies to improve profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards and resolve guest concerns effectively
  • Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff and supervisors
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on business growth strategies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing restaurants with multiple locations
  • Mid-level to senior management experience in the F&B or hospitality industry
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring a top-tier guest experience
  • Proven experience in Hiring and team management
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with staff and customers
  • Comprehensive knowledge in Food & Beverage operations, maintaining quality, and meeting industry standards
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Previous experience in a restaurant management role preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of food costing, inventory management, and margin control
  • Proven ability to manage and lead multicultural teams
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Full-time availability and able to work on-site
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Arabic language skills are a strong plus
  • Available to start immediately
