We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving operational efficiency, team performance, and financial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service and high operational standards
- Lead, coach, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Drive sales performance and manage restaurant profitability
- Manage labour scheduling, staffing, and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
- Maintain product quality and brand standards at all times
- Monitor costs and support inventory and stock management
- Handle guest feedback and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Conduct team briefings, performance reviews, and training sessions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience managing operations in a high-volume restaurant or caf environment
- Commercially minded with the ability to drive sales and profitability
- Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in the UAE hospitality sector is preferred
