Job Description

Customer Satisfaction
- Handles customer s complaints and takes appropriate corrective measures.
- Gathers feedback through manager table visit & Electronic Customer feedback
- Reports incident to the Managing Director
- Builds strong bonds with customers to retain customers.
- Complies with the customer s needs and goes the extra miles by suggesting an extra service to satisfy the customer needs
- Responds efficiently and accurately to customer feedback and complaints
Food Quality and Food Safety
- Ensures the application of food safety and food quality guidelines.
- Monitors the production and expiry dates of all products.
- Resolves any discrepancies related to FS and ROR reports results
- Enforces sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
- Investigates and resolves complaints concerning food quality and service.
- Monitors the appearance of team members in terms of dress code and any related policy.
- Monitors the personal hygiene of all team members to be as per the standards of Pop in
Stock Management
- Conducts monthly inventory
- Manages stock variance in order to keep it within acceptable margins
- Receives ordered items as per receiving guidelines and takes proper actions in case of discrepancies
- Makes orders according to sales and request
- Checks on the dry storage area and ensures products are stored in good conditions

Cost Optimization
- Controls operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Reviews portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation.
- Ensures ordering goods according to the par level stock, to control the cost, the waste and the inventory variance
- Tracks waste s root cause and explores possible solutions

Brand Image
- Ensures the application of all customers service and service standard in all operating units inside the restaurant preserve the overall cultural and professional image of the brand
Cash Flow and Petty Cash
- Submits official invoices
- Abides to discounts and offers policies, justifies reasons behind special offers and discounts
- Coordinates with the accounting department for all money and invoice related matters.
HR Management
- Conducts interviews for recruiting new team members.
- Monitors the attendance of the restaurants staff by setting schedules and approving leaves of team members
- Conducts orientation, explaining Pop in values, and oversees the training of new Team Members
- Develops the skills of team members by providing timely and accurate feedback
- Communicates to the Managing Director on all people related issues (leaves, grievance..)
