Restaurant Manager (Pizza Restaurant Experience)

Job Summary

Experienced Restaurant Manager with a strong background in pizza-focused operations, overseeing daily restaurant activities to ensure exceptional food quality, efficient service, and high customer satisfaction. Proven ability to manage staff, control costs, and drive sales in a fast-paced pizza restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a pizza restaurant, ensuring smooth front- and back-of-house coordination
  • Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate kitchen and service staff
  • Ensure consistent quality of pizza preparation, dough handling, toppings, and baking procedures
  • Monitor food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance
  • Control food, labor, and operational costs while maintaining profitability
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Implement promotions and upselling strategies to increase sales
  • Analyze sales reports and adjust staffing and operations accordingly

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a pizza restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of pizza production, ovens, dough preparation, and ingredient management
  • Leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
