We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Quick Service Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our client's fast-paced restaurant in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensuring top-tier service quality, operational efficiency, and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and overseeing the F&B team to ensure smooth service in the restaurant and bar.
- Maintaining a high level of guest service and guest satisfaction
- Ensuring all guests needs are met in the F&B Outlets by assisting your team on the floor.
- Training, coaching, and motivating team members to reach their potential
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and brand standards.
- Reporting operational issues and improvement suggestions to F&B management
- Reviewing and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Resolving guest requests and handling any complaints.
- Actively contributing to a positive and energetic work environment
Filipino national currently based in Riyadh (transferable Iqama)
- Minimum 23 years of supervisory experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or casual dining environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on approach with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction
Essential Ingredients
- Preferably experience in a similar supervisory role in a large hotel with the ability to lead and motivate a team;
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays with focus on the evenings.
- Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!
