Restaurant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead, train, motivate, and support front-of-house team members
• Handle reservations, seating plans, guest inquiries, and service standards
• Ensure staff adhere to grooming, hygiene, and service protocols
• Monitor food quality, service speed, and customer satisfaction
• Assist in handling complaints professionally and promptly
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service consistency
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational policies

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor / Team Leader / Shift Leader
• Strong communication and guest-management skills
• Excellent leadership and people-handling abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
