Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all F&B roles (Front of the house team, Kitchen team, bakery and production team)
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies)
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
- Draft and publish job advertisements tailored to different roles
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies
- Support onboarding process in coordination with HR and operations teams
- Maintain and update recruitment reports and candidate tracking systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience (6+ years) in recruitment, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of F&B roles and the skills required for each position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Prior experience hiring for restaurants, cafes, or catering businesses
- Strong network in the F&B industry (local or international)
