Group Account Manager (Contract)

Location: Dubai, UAE

A fast-growing beauty group is entering the next phase of its Middle East expansion and is seeking an experienced Group Account Manager, Middle East (Contract) to support a key retail partnership during a critical launch and scale-up phase.

The business operates a portfolio of performance-led beauty brands and is focused on building strong commercial foundations in the region. This contract role is designed for an established Account Manager who can take full ownership of a key account and ensure consistent, high-quality execution as the business scales.

The Role

The Group Account Manager - Middle East will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a key retail account in the UAE, supporting the launch and growth of multiple beauty brands.

This is a hands-on account management role with clear ownership across execution, coordination, and delivery. The focus is on managing the account day to day, ensuring launches land well, forecasts are accurate, activity is delivered on time, and performance is tracked closely. While the initial scope centres around a single key retail partner, there is clear intent to broaden responsibility as the business expands further in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management of a key retail account in the Middle East
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all account-related coordination and delivery
  • Manage product launches, range updates, and ongoing commercial initiatives
  • Lead forecasting, stock planning, and performance reporting for the account
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, supply chain, and external partners to deliver agreed plans
  • Track performance against targets and proactively flag risks or delivery issues
  • Support operational problem-solving as processes and ways of working evolve
  • Ensure brand standards and agreed commercial approaches are implemented consistently
  • Support localisation initiatives where required, including collaboration on Arabic-facing content

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in an Account Executive or Account Manager role within beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or consumer goods
  • Demonstrated experience managing retail or wholesale accounts with ownership of delivery
  • Strong execution capability across launches, forecasting, stock management, and reporting
  • Comfortable operating independently with responsibility for outcomes
  • Commercially minded, with confidence working with data and performance metrics
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused
  • Able to operate effectively in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
