We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee and drive the performance of multiple retail stores within an assigned area. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for retail operations, sales growth, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores.
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of targets and KPIs.
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, VM guidelines, and SOPs.
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
- Monitor inventory levels, shrinkage, and stock accuracy.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Analyze sales and operational reports and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with HR, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Handle escalations related to customer service or store operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of retail experience, with multi-store management exposure.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, POS systems, and retail reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
