Retail Area Manager
ROLE PROFILE
- Oversee operations and performance of multiple retail stores within a designated geographic area.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage and lead a team of Store Managers, providing guidance, training, and performance coaching.
- Analyze store-level data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize inventory management, staffing, and customer service levels across the stores.
- Identify and address operational challenges or customer experience issues promptly.
- Generating opportunities and following up on deals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Retail.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and supply chain optimization to minimize shrinkage and stock-outs.
- Ability to manage managers from a distance, focusing on delegation, accountability, and professional growth.
