JOB TITLE

Retail Area Manager

ROLE PROFILE

  • Oversee operations and performance of multiple retail stores within a designated geographic area.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Manage and lead a team of Store Managers, providing guidance, training, and performance coaching.
  • Analyze store-level data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory management, staffing, and customer service levels across the stores.
  • Identify and address operational challenges or customer experience issues promptly.
  • Generating opportunities and following up on deals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in Retail.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and supply chain optimization to minimize shrinkage and stock-outs.
  • Ability to manage managers from a distance, focusing on delegation, accountability, and professional growth.
