Retail Construction & Development Management (Mobile Industry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Construction Strategy & Standards: Develop and implement differentiated construction standards, design guidelines, and resource allocation for various retail points of sale (e.g., brand shops, shop-in-shops, display areas), ensuring alignment with company strategy, brand identity, and budget.
- Project Management for Retail Build-outs: Lead and manage the end-to-end construction, renovation, and setup projects for new and existing retail spaces. This includes site surveys, vendor selection (contractors, fixture suppliers), timeline management, and quality control.
- Fixture & Display Management: Oversee the design, procurement, installation, and maintenance of all retail fixtures, display units, and visual merchandising elements to ensure optimal product presentation and brand experience.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Manage budgets related to retail construction and setup projects. Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality delivery, and adherence to project timelines.
- Compliance & Maintenance: Ensure all retail construction and setup activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Coordinate routine maintenance and repair of retail infrastructure and fixtures.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure retail spaces effectively support product launches, promotional activities, and overall business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in retail construction, store development, or project management for retail spaces, preferably within the mobile or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of retail design principles, construction processes, materials, and fixture development.
- Demonstrated experience in managing contractors, suppliers, and budgets for construction projects.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Exceptional execution capabilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
