Clarins Middle East is looking for a Retail Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and initiatives for retail operations. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives while enhancing brand presence and driving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns & Initiatives

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns for retail stores, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and goals.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to develop promotional materials, social media content, email campaigns, and in-store visuals.
  • Coordinate seasonal and promotional marketing efforts, including sales events, product launches, and holiday campaigns.

Store Support

  • Work closely with store managers to put action plans to drive traffic to the boutique
  • Execute the marketing calendar and follow up with the boutique managers on the performance of each promotion/campaign
  • Ensure all retail locations receive and properly display marketing materials.
  • Act as the liaison between the marketing team and retail operations to address marketing needs and provide updates.

Digital Marketing & Content

  • To develop content with the agency that highlights retail promotions.
  • Assist in updating digital platforms with relevant promotions and events.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to the Retail Director.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Monitor competitors retail marketing efforts and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

Event Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of in-store and community events, including grand openings, product launches.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Organization: Exceptional time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity: Ability to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to campaigns.
