Position
Key Mission of the Retail Director is to lead the KSA, Kuwait and Bahrain retail operations and to develop the FENDI business into the related markets proactively contributing in the step change of the retail culture, boosting the Top Store approach within the network
Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial action plans to grow the business
- Manage boutiques operations, staff, merchandise and customer service
- Monitor sales performance versus the budgets/targets and take necessary actions accordingly
- Communicate vision, strategy and clear direction to retail staff
- Structure the organization of retail activities and allocate responsibilities
- Ensure adequate staffing through recruitment, rotation, mobility, training and development
- Work closely with the Training and VM Departments to ensure proper training to sales staff and appropriate display
- Propose layout adjustments as needed to ensure commercial efficiency
- Manage existing store network projects: expansion, renovation, relocation, closure etc.
- Participate in lease negotiations with landlords
- Work closely with the communication/events department to execute local events
- Propose and effectively implement local marketing, customer relations/VIP strategies to promote the Brand's image
Profile
- 7-10 years experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales
- 5-7 years experience in a multi-location management of a retail luxury business
- GCC Countries knowledge and previous retail experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Manages his/ her image standards on a high level.
- Strong selling and communication skills are necessary
- Excellent relationships skills, self-reliant, friendly and patient.

- Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge
