Job Title: Retail Integrated Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a commercially sharp Retail Integrated Marketing Specialist with 7–15 years of
proven experience delivering end-to-end retail marketing programs for multi-brand retail group that
drive measurable business impact. This is a on-site role supporting a UAE-based marketing agency,
requiring strong ownership, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multi-market retail
campaigns.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and demonstrate a
consistent ability to link marketing initiatives to tangible P&L outcomes, including revenue growth,
footfall uplift, and conversion improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Retail Strategy & Execution
• Lead the planning and execution of 360° integrated retail campaigns across physical and
digital touchpoints.
• Develop seasonal and promotional retail calendars aligned with client commercial priorities.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across in-store, digital, CRM, and media channels.
• Support key retail moments including store launches, peak trading periods, and tactical
promotions across UAE markets.
Commercial Impact & P&L Focus
• Demonstrate clear linkage between marketing initiatives and sales, margin, and
profitability.
• Track and optimize core retail KPIs: footfall, conversion, ATV, LTV, and ROI.
• Deliver robust post-campaign analyses with actionable insights.
• Partner with client and internal teams to influence revenue outcomes.
Channel, Media & In-Store Excellence
• Manage integrated media planning across digital, OOH, retail media, and in-mall
environments.
• Oversee in-store visibility including POSM alignment, VM coordination, and retail activations.
• Work with CRM teams to drive acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase.
• Continuously optimize channel mix based on performance.
Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration
• Work closely with internal strategy, creative, and client servicing teams.
• Interface directly with UAE-based clients and retail partners.
• Brief and manage external vendors and production partners.
• Ensure timely and high-quality campaign rollouts despite remote setup.
Budget Stewardship
• Manage retail marketing budgets with strong ROI discipline.
• Optimize spend allocation based on performance insights.
• Maintain tight cost control while maximizing commercial impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 7–15 years of proven retail/integrated marketing experience (agency or brand side).
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable P&L impact through marketing.
• Strong understanding of retail and omni-channel ecosystems.
• Experience working with remote or cross-border teams.
• Advanced analytical and performance reporting capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and virtual collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly self-driven with strong ownership mindset.
Preferred Experience
• Experience working on GCC/UAE retail markets.
• Background in an agency environment supporting retail clients.
• Exposure to omni-channel or phygital retail environments.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience in fashion, jewelry, beauty, electronics, or lifestyle retail.
