Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Retail Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, lead and manage a team, and ensure that customer satisfaction and sales targets are consistently met. Responsibilities include staff management, driving sales, fostering excellent customer service, handling inventory, and maintaining store presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for team interactions and customer engagement
• Proven abilities in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Team Management experience and leadership capabilities
• Proficiency in Sales tactics and the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
• Experience in the retail or fashion industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is an advantage
