A local fashion brand in Saudi Arabia is expanding its omnichannel strategy and is looking for a Retail Operations Manager to own production, supply chain, inventory, and physical retail execution.

This role ensures the right product is made, delivered, stocked, and sold at the right time, quantity, and cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of production: sampling, approvals, factories, timelines, and quality
• Vendor sourcing, MOQs, lead times, logistics, and delivery schedules
• Stock planning, replenishment, sell-through, and aging stock control
• In-store execution: stock flow, VM alignment, store readiness, and availability
• Costing, landed cost control, margin protection
• Seasonal calendars, drop schedules, quantities, and product availability

KPIs

Track and optimize: Production, supply chain cycle, in-store expansions, sell-through, stock turns, margins, cost efficiency, and delivery timelines
