As a Retail Sales Consultant Indoor, you'll be the face of Casa Milano's showroom experience engaging customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored design and product solutions that reflect our luxury brand values. You'll work closely with clients to guide them through product selections, ensure an outstanding sales journey, and help drive store performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, offering personalized guidance and solution-led recommendations.
- Develop deep product knowledge of Casa Milano's curated collections to educate and inspire customers.
- Actively identify customer needs and match them with appropriate products and services to maximize sales conversions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase repeat business and client referrals.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets, contributing to overall retail performance.
- Maintain showroom presentation standards, including merchandising, displays, and product knowledge materials.
- Process sales transactions accurately and ensure proper documentation in the CRM/sales systems.
- Support marketing and promotional activities such as in-store events, launches, and customer appreciation days.
- Provide feedback on product trends, customer preferences, and competitor insights to support business growth.
Required Experience:
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in Sanitaryware, Bathroom fittings, Ceramic porcelain tiles, Building materials or interior finishing products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Customer-centric mindset with focus on service excellence and relationship building.
- Confident presenting product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced showroom environment.
- Multilingual abilities (English + Arabic or other languages) are a plus.
