Retail Sales Executive

Efreshli is a leading online interior design platform, with a mission to make interior design accessible. Efreshli partners with over 150 local brands and designers to provide convenient, elevated, and affordable designs to customers no matter what their style and budget.

We're looking for a retail professional for our showroom in Arkan Plaza with 2-3 years of experience assisting clients in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the furniture industry. The ideal candidate needs to be skilled in delivering exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and guiding purchase decisions, while efficiently managing store orders and ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations

- Drive sales by meeting or exceeding individual and store targets

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and new arrivals

- Ensure the store is well-merchandised, organized, and visually appealing

- Handle transactions accurately through the POS system and website back-end

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks

- Manage client throughout his/her journey (from when the order is made till it's delivered)

- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the furniture industry
