Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Insurance professional based in New Cairo. The role involves engaging clients to understand their insurance needs, presenting tailored product solutions, and driving sales in personal, health, life, and business insurance offerings. Responsibilities also include providing excellent customer service, maintaining thorough product knowledge, and building lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaboration with team members and achieving sales targets are integral aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven proficiency in retail sales and an aptitude for achieving sales targets
• Comprehensive understanding of insurance products and services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, including active listening and conflict resolution
• Motivation for continuous learning and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Previous experience in insurance or retail sales is an advantage
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus
