Working hours: 6-8 hours

Requirement :
An Arabic speaking people required.
Current enrollment in a relevant degree program or recent graduate in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
Enthusiasm for learning about sales techniques, customer behavior, and retail operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the retail industry.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are desirable.
Responsibilities :
Assist customers in the store, providing product information, and helping them find the right items.
Learn and implement effective sales techniques to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Participate in merchandising activities, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
Assist in managing inventory and conducting stock checks.
Actively engage with customers to build rapport and loyalty.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered to answer customer queries effectively.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
