Retail Sales Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Representative. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet established targets. The Retail Sales Representative will also maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, build strong relationships with customers, and address any inquiries or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Product Knowledge and the ability to stay updated on product features and benefits
• Proven experience in Retail Sales and Sales processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with a variety of customers
• Ability to collaborate with team members and work in a dynamic retail environment
• Previous experience in a retail or sales role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is preferred
