Role Description

We are seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt. The Retail Sales Specialist will engage with customers to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, provide guidance on product selection, maintain a strong understanding of product offerings, and support in-store activities to achieve sales goals. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, ensuring product displays meet company standards, and fostering a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Retail Sales and a strong understanding of Product Knowledge
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively
• Previous retail experience, particularly in premium or luxury brands, is preferred
• Bachelor Degree is a must
