Retail Sales Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Sales Specialist located in New Cairo. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, delivering excellent customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves building customer relationships, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a well-organized, inviting retail environment. The specialist will also assist in answering customer inquiries and guiding them toward appropriate products and services to meet their needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
• Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets
• Solid product knowledge and the ability to convey features and benefits to customers
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on resolving customer concerns and creating positive experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail technology is a plus
• Prior experience in retail or sales roles is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales or customer service is a plus
