Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join Smart Koshk Store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and maintaining an organized and attractive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with product selection
• Achieve sales targets and promote store offers
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily sales reports
• Maintain store cleanliness and product display
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work shifts and weekends
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems
• Presentable appearance and positive attitude
