We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join our expanding team in the Mansoura Governorate.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of retail sales representatives, overseeing sales performance, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the company's targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the retail sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor daily market activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Support the sales team with training, motivation, and field visits.
- Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 24 years of experience in retail sales supervision, preferably in the FMCG / food industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Mansoura market and local retailers
