Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, approachable manner, providing expert advice on products and styling.
• Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand's collections, promotions, and fashion trends.
• Ensure the store is visually appealingmerchandising products, arranging displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns professionally.
• Collaborate with the team to support daily store operations and uphold brand standards.
• Participate in inventory management, including receiving stock and conducting regular counts.

Requirements

• +3 experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is preferred.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and comfort using technology (POS systems, tablets, etc.).
• Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and peak shopping hours.
