Role Description
- Greet customers and provide them with detailed product/service information.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with potential Customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Issue invoices and process orders using the internal system.
- Maintain organized sales records and customer data.
- Selling products using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Qualifications
- Education: High school, technical institute, or bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is a MUST.
- Strong Retail Sales and Sales-related Skills.
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Customer Service Expertise to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work Rotational Shifts
- Presentable, organized, and target-oriented
