Role Description

• Greet customers and provide them with detailed product/service information.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with potential Customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Issue invoices and process orders using the internal system.
• Maintain organized sales records and customer data.
• Selling products using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

Qualifications

• Education: High school, technical institute, or bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is a MUST.
• Strong Retail Sales and Sales-related Skills.
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Customer Service Expertise to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work Rotational Shifts
• Presentable, organized, and target-oriented
