We are seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Store Manager to lead our flagship junior couture boutique. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a strong background in luxury retail, exceptional clienteling skills, and a love for premium children's fashion.

As Store Manager, you will be the ambassador of our brand, responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury experience to our clientele while driving sales performance and leading a high-performing team.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a boutique team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Drive sales, KPIs, and profitability while maintaining brand standards
• Build strong, long-term relationships with VIP clients and families
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and presentation in line with couture standards
• Manage daily store operations, scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention
• Recruit, train, and coach staff to uphold service excellence
• Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
